An AI course planner for MIT students: build a schedule, search the catalog, check degree requirements against your plan, dig through historical course data, and get recommendations from an AI assistant that knows what you have already taken. React frontend, Node/Express backend with SQLite for historical course data, and a configurable LLM provider behind a streaming chat API.
Built at the CSAIL Agentic AI Hackathon, where it won Jane Street’s Award — a trip to New York City to present the project to Jane Street employees.
